Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been successfully received.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional events, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • Domestic Orders: 3–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other government charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email whenever tracking is available from the shipping carrier.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Delays

While we strive to deliver orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customers

  • Other events beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, we may not be able to modify the order once it has been processed or shipped. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned and needs to be re-shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping costs unless explicitly stated.
